"I was very nervous leading up to the session, especially knowing that I was going to be discussing my symptoms in front of others on the consultation…..there was no need to feel nervous at all, I was put at ease instantly." - Louise Philp

What happens in a group consultation?

You will be with up to 5 other women on the video call, with the menopause Doctor running the clinic.
You will benefit from hearing others' questions and others benefit from your questions.
You will receive a personalised plan including any appropriate medication.

"I was very nervous leading up to the session, especially knowing that I was going to be discussing my symptoms in front of others on the consultation... there was no need to feel nervous at all, I was put at ease instantly. I genuinely feel like I've been listened to for the first time in years regarding my symptoms. Also, listening to others in a similar position was a massive help. A very positive experience... thank you."

What happens after the consultation?

"I researched Bia Care well before signing up and was delighted that I wouldn't have to wait for an appointment. At first, I wasn't sure about the group appointment. However, it was fine sharing experiences. I am very impressed with the level of care and information I have received from Bia Care, already I feel better on the new regime, so hopefully, that will continue."
